Age Crisis: Do you know what an Evolutionary Duel is?

Throughout our lives, we will have different types of losses and grief: love breaks, layoffs from a job, death of a loved one or our pets, among many others. Surely many of you have heard of the famous “age crisis.” We all present them, although, for men, they may experience them more dramatically.

In the case of males, the most famous age crises are those of the “40 and 50” although many studies have revealed that these crises are no longer exclusive to these ages; for there are those who begin to experience them from the age of 20, 30 and even in old age.

Nevertheless, what do these crises consist of? In Thanatology, a loss of the evolutionary type is related to the change of age or a stage in the human cycle. Examples: from baby to child, from child to puberty, from puberty to a teenager, and so on. They can also be considered “evolutionary losses” when from kindergarten to kindergarten, from kindergarten to primary school, from primary to secondary school, and so on.
