You won't believe all that can stress cause
A little stress is beneficial, and even necessary, to adapt to the environment around us, to resolve conflicts accurately and effectively, and, among many other things, to train memory and develop creativity.
However, going over intensity and frequency in this condition can turn us against developing diseases that we don't even imagine.
Since we live in an extremely stressful reality, we get used to suffering from headaches, poor digestion, lack of productivity at work, overfatigue… and where we look least is stress.
This could lead to fatal consequences because, being negligent with it, stress could advance to ending our good health.
