Are you satisfied and have the life you want? Are you content with what surrounds you… and all of an unexpected, you are not qualified, and you feel the worst in the world? Or do you go from enthusiasm to indifference in a short time? Alert! If we move from one state to another frequently, we are faced with a problem of emotional instability.
What is emotional instability?
Emotional instability is a personality disorder characterized by constant feelings and emotions, for no apparent reason or by negligible causes.
Emotional instability derives (among other causes) from low self-esteem or is a secondary symptom of various pathologies. It manifests itself through rapid emotional changes, inconstancy to persevere in a precise task or goal, low tolerance to frustrations, and poor emotional control.
People who suffer from this disorder tend to have a great affective dependence, which they may not assume nor recognize and have great difficulty being stable in different areas of their lives.
Instability is reflected in family conflicts, working life, friendships. Any difficulties at work are transferred to family relations and vice versa. They generally seek support from people who act as pillars but place so many…
