Holes in the Soul

We have all been through some misfortune in life, notably some more than others; For some people, those painful moments may seem not enough, but behind that apparent indifference, and without knowing it, and even deeper past and full of suffering stories could hide. Those people who cannot seem to live if it is not carrying the past, that big stone in the shoe, moments that even in situations of joy make you think that it does not matter because you keep sinking into the same dark hole that makes us feel that the light at the end of the road becomes dimmer every day as we park in a painful event.

How many times have we stopped to think about our actions not repeat our past events? It could be a sign of maturity, but depending on the attitude we take after it is whether the decision was for learning or fear. Not all of us have the same courage to face everyday problems, including the days passed. Look in the mirror and answer this question: If the same situation arose as “that time,” what would you do, and why did you take that option? Facing the terrors and sadness of the past is a brave journey, but not all have the same strength; support is essential, help recognize our fears and openness to want to treat them in trust with others and with one same.
