Our mind is a powerful place
Many of us have resorted to all the material that we have at our fingertips, and we find on the web when we are going through a complicated and painful situation: a love breakup, the death of a loved one, the end of a friendship, dealing with harmful family members, and so on.
We read specialized articles, watch videos or even go to virtual or face-to-face workshops.
Several of these tips and recommendations have helped us understand what happens to us, in addition to teaching us how to face all that more simply and less dramatically.
However, what happens when this does not help us, and we detect that the problem, instead of improving, worsens?
When this happens, it is a sign to start looking for other options, and the healthiest thing for us is to have a personalized therapy. But for what?
