Should the Family and Friends I have in Common with my Ex be Eliminated?
From Social-Media and Other
In a previous article, we got to talk about whether it was good to block or remove an ex from our social networks. On this occasion, we will discuss what should be done when we still have family and friends added to them or when it is the other way around?
And it is that the thing, as they said out there, can be put on an ant color! For many, it’s not very nice that our ex is still getting along with our relatives and friends. And for others, it just doesn’t pose a problem.
But then is it a good idea to omit those people from our lives?
Some have decided to close that cycle definitively but still love their ex and continue to know about them indirectly or directly; it is not very comfortable to say. There are also cases where relatives and friends continue to tell us things related to ex-partners, which can cause our grieving process to become more complicated because we are in that constant “carry and bring.” And it is that gossip can give us everything, telling us things like he is already seeing someone else, he still misses us, he gets a new job, he will marry someone else, and so on.
